The shuttle service is exceptionally convenient and reliable.

The experience was marred by a poor check-in process where I wasn’t informed about needing breakfast vouchers. Additionally, I found the ice machines were out of order during my stay. The lack of soundproofing allowed noise from neighboring rooms to disturb my peace.

However, I had a cheeky run-in with a loud group that totally took over the lobby, making it nearly impossible to chat. My son had an embarrassing moment grabbing a bagel, thinking it was free, only to be called out in front of everyone!

Checkin was a breeze, and the front desk gal, Nishia, was wicked friendly. That hot breakfast was a lifesaver, and I got a nice, clean room ready for some shut-eye. Best part? The free shuttle that picked me up quick. I swear, Raul at the bar is a gem!
